Elwasci Market Intelligence does not manage client funds or portfolios, provide personalized investment advice, guarantee any outcome or result, or operate as a registered investment advisor.
All signals are spot-only research outputs. Elwasci Market Intelligence explicitly does not serve leveraged traders. Subscribers accept full responsibility for all trading and investment decisions made using Elwasci Market Intelligence research.
Every signal published by Elwasci Market Intelligence is cryptographically sealed on the Polygon blockchain at the time of posting, before any outcome is possible. This creates an immutable, timestamped record that is publicly auditable by anyone at any time.
The chain proves that the signal existed before the outcome, that the direction, entry, target, and invalidation level were defined at open, and that all on-chain transactions are permanent and cannot be altered.
Signal corrections: Where analytical or system corrections are necessary, they are documented as separate on-chain correction transactions referencing the original record. The original transaction is never modified or deleted. Corrections are additive. They provide the authoritative interpretation above the original sealed record. All corrections are publicly visible on the dashboard.

Elwasci Market Intelligence maintains a publicly verifiable track record of all closed signals on the Polygon blockchain. Published statistics, including win rate, signal count, and average P&L, are derived directly from on-chain records and reflect actual closed signals only.
Breakeven is defined strictly as a result within ±0.5% of entry and is excluded from win rate calculations. Pre-dated and anticipatory calls are documented separately and noted in the record. No hypothetical or simulated results are presented as actual performance.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. All market analysis carries inherent risk.
Certain signals are posted in advance of price reaching the entry level, indicated by the URLY designation. These signals are sealed on-chain at the time of posting as a PREDICT transaction. A separate TRIGGER transaction is recorded when price reaches the entry level. Both transactions are publicly verifiable and timestamped independently.
Anticipatory signals represent forward analytical conviction. They carry the same risk disclosure as all other signals.

Billing: All memberships are billed annually. No monthly billing option is available. Lifetime access is a one-time payment.
Free Access: Selected members may receive limited free access to designated signals at Elwasci Market Intelligence’s discretion.
Refunds: Refund requests are only considered prior to accessing the Discord server. Once Discord access has been granted, no refund will be issued. This policy exists due to the immediate availability of a high volume of proprietary content upon entry. No exceptions are made after access is granted.
All analytical research, signal content, dashboard design, and platform infrastructure produced by Elwasci Market Intelligence LLC is proprietary. Reproduction, redistribution, or resale of any Elwasci Market Intelligence content without written authorization is prohibited.
Signal outcomes sealed on the Polygon blockchain are public record by design. The analytical methodology, presentation, and platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of Elwasci Market Intelligence LLC.
Elwasci Market Intelligence intends to renounce ownership of the verification smart contract upon completion of third-party attestation. Following renouncement, no party, including Elwasci Market Intelligence, will have the ability to modify the contract. This is a permanent and irrevocable action that strengthens the immutability guarantee provided to all members and the public.
Renouncement will be publicly announced on X and elwasci.io at the time of execution.
Elwasci Market Intelligence services are provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Market analysis is inherently uncertain. No signal, forecast, or research output constitutes a guarantee of outcome.
Elwasci Market Intelligence LLC shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial damages, or consequential damages arising from use of or reliance on Elwasci Market Intelligence research, signals, or platform content. Total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the member in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming or through binding arbitration at Elwasci Market Intelligence’s election.
Elwasci Market Intelligence reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in the Discord community and on elwasci.io. Continued use of the platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
